I was born and raised in Evergreen, Colorado and has been working for the Evergreen Parks and Recreation District since 2005.  I grew up exploring the woods returning home to my mothers whistle before dark.  I have always been a very passionate BMX racer and began camping and practicing primitive skills at a young age. Current NOLS Wilderness First Responder.  In addition to working for Evergreen Wilderness Guides, I currently teache outdoor adventure camps for children and teenagers, and am a trainer and coach at MOVNAT, Denver, Colorado. I am a MOVNAT level 3 trainer and have been using breathwork, meditation, natural movement and deep nature exposure to heal from past ailments like asthma and other mechanical injuries.   I also studied in Prescott, Arizona at the Aboriginal Living Skills School to acquire a primitive and modern fire making techniques certification.
